Digital Press Operator
At least one year of experience with high-speed digital presses required

Digital Press Operators are responsible for using advanced software and digital production equipment to produce high-value, variable content print publications for our senior living division, which serves the rapidly growing population of elderly Americans, their families, caregivers, and the professionally managed communities that are dedicated to meeting their needs. Like all our production specialists, Digital Press Operators work in a fast-paced, advanced-technology environment, and must be able to deliver high-quality, detailed work with accuracy and efficiency even under tight production deadlines. Because our workflows emphasize individual initiative and performance, self-directed candidates who take pride in their skills and productivity will thrive in this position.
This position is part of our senior living division, which is dedicated to serving the needs of America’s fast-growing elderly population, providing comprehensive, individualized solutions that ensure the safety, comfort, health and access to the rich social and intellectual engagement that seniors deserve.
Digital Press Operators are responsible for prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines, meeting production goals, and ensuring the efficient operation of sophisticated, state-of-the-art production equipment and software. Successful candidates will be able to think analytically, plan and execute daily production orders, respond to unexpected issues and technical requirements, and work effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Other key responsibilities include:
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with high-speed, sheet-fed digital printers in a production environment. Preference will be given to candidates who have received certified training on Xerox iGen4 and/or HP Indigo digital production presses. Other relevant skills include:
Candidates must be high-school graduates. A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be motivated, self-directed and career-minded, with the desire and drive to succeed. Other relevant attributes include:
Candidates must have strong general technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft-based operating systems, Internet tools, telephone systems and software, and other common tools. Other software programs include:
