Management Trainees provide critical business analysis, market insights and strategic planning for our operating divisions, and are given the opportunity to work on a broad range of business initiatives and workflows before being placed in a long-term position where they can use the skills they have acquired. Successful candidates will be responsible for working with senior management on project goals and definitions; evaluating and reviewing business problems and opportunities summarizing and explaining relevant findings; reviewing financial and operational data; modeling revenue and cost structures; identifying business strengths and weaknesses; defining data models and completing statistical analyses. Management Trainees must prioritize effectively, managing numerous tasks and responsibilities on a time-sensitive basis. Individuals who are resourceful and energetic with a competitive nature that demands excellence will find this position challenging and rewarding.
This position is part of our executive department, which oversees and provides strategic direction for all of our advanced, cross-media publishing and communications solutions in industries ranging from residential housing to book publishing to cancer care.
Management Trainees are responsible establishing and maintaining important customer relationships, which are the essential source of long-term value for our company and the customer alike. They must be able to think analytically and creatively, recommend strategies, communicate solutions and identify new opportunities for the customers they serve. Other key responsibilities include:
Management Trainee candidates must have two years’ relevant work experience or have recently graduated from college or graduate school with a high GPA and strong referrals.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. A master’s degree in business administration or other graduate work is beneficial, but not required.
Candidates must exhibit exceptional analytical, organizational and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be career-minded and possess the desire and drive to succeed. Other relevant attributes include:
Candidates must have strong general office skills, including proficiency with Microsoft-based operating systems, Internet tools, telephone systems and software, and other common tools
