We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented professional with print production experience and a proven track record of meeting deadlines to join our company as a Production Manager in our residential division. This position will maintain and expand relationships with our customers across the United States by providing them with ongoing support of our web-based products. This position centers on effectively managing the coordination of production staff and activities including but not limited to quality assurance, on-time delivery and reporting. The Production Manager will lead the team by demonstrating process and organizational efficiencies, deadline management, resolution management and excellent communication skills.

 

This position is part of our residential division, which provides communication solutions in both print and digital formats to condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners associations throughout the United States and Canada.

 

The Production Manager will oversee the production of all of WelcomeLink’s web-based products. Other responsibilities include:

 

  • Managing a team of Production Specialists
  • Coordinating with the Fulfillment department to meet all product delivery dates
  • Determining staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage in the Production department
  • Monitoring Production queues
  • Leading training sessions for new hires and current employees on new products and services
  • Identifying, researching and following up on production-related customer inquiries
  • Coordinating with project teams on client account configuration and setup
  • Processing orders through a variety of workflows
  • Assisting the Management Team with reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

 

At least two years of experience in a management role is required. Familiarity with printing and mailing principles in a production environment, residential underwriting/loan standards and real estate transactions is preferred.

 

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required. Certification as a notary public is preferred.

 

Candidates must be extremely efficient and accurate. Other relevant attributes include:

Candidates must have general technical skills, including proficiency with Internet tools, telephone systems and software, and other common tools. A familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
