We are seeking a detail oriented, personable administrator to assist with marketing our industry-leading products and software systems to potential clients across the country. This person will be responsible for the development of analytic reporting tools, sales presentations and the coordination of marketing meetings. We require the highest level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Sales Administrator must prioritize effectively, managing numerous tasks and assisting with prospective customers at varying stages within the sales cycle. An individual who is resourceful and energetic with a competitive nature that demands excellence will find this position challenging and rewarding.

 

This position is a part of our medical division, which is dedicated to empowering people who are facing life-altering diseases by providing them with the most comprehensive and up-to-date information about their diseases and treatment options.

 

The Sales Administrator will develop a strong understanding of all aspects of the systems and solutions that Uhlig provides to healthcare providers, patients and advocacy partners. This position will develop sales tools and presentations as well as analytical sales metric reports. Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Customer research
  • Sales pipeline management
  • External sales support
  • Coordinate marketing trade shows and conferences
  • Support sales efforts
  • Promote our company reputation and values through personal appearance, resourcefulness and integrity
  • Understand and uphold the policies, professional standards, and values of our company and the industries it serves
  • Other projects as assigned

 

We prefer Sales Administrator candidates have two years’ relevant work experience or have recently graduated from college and have strong referrals.

 

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, with a high GPA, is preferred.

 

Candidates must exhibit exceptional analytical, organizational and time-management skills. Other relevant attributes include:

 

  • Inquisitive by nature; always seeking answers
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Strong communicator
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated; capable of working independently

 

Candidates must have strong general office skills, including proficiency with Microsoft-based operating systems, excellent Internet knowledge, and other common tools, including the following:

 

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of database systems
